<–links–1–>strong>Our friend, Robert made a quick video for you about “Unwanted Facebook™ Notifications” to share with you.
In this video, Robert will show you how easily stop the annoying Unwanted Facebook Notifications.
We get these notifications from up on the top right corner and these Facebook Notifications are sort of like important messages or at the least, It is the purpose for Facebook to provide this Notifications section.
You know that if you have Facebook on your phone, it will either vibrate or it will ring and let you know that you have notification. And it just gets annoying when these notifications are not important or useful, or if it’s spamy group notification and all they’re doing is posting in their day in and day out, You know, the kind that posts every 5 minutes.
So, with that being said, above in the video and below in this writing, we share with you the manual way of what you can do to stop the Unwanted Notifications from those groups.
What you do is on the top right corner of your profile of your Facebook account, click on the down arrow and go to “settings”.
Okay, once you’re on “settings”, go to notifications on the left side.
Now, when you click on notifications, you go to where it says “group activity” and click on “edit” on the right side.
Once you do that, Facebook is gonna give you a list of groups that you’ve joined.
Click on “show more” and Facebook will show you all the groups that you’ve joined.
Now what you want to do is for the groups that you do not want to receive notifications from that you’ve joined, just click on the right side where it has down arrow and instead of ‘friend’s post’ or ‘all post’, you can click on ‘off’.
Now that you’ve clicked on off, you’re no longer gonna receive notifications from that group.
You can always check that group for updates, your still a member of that group, this is not taking you out of that group just in case you want to post something in there.
All it’s doing is simply turning off those annoying notifications.
Now, of course that group that you do want to receive notifications, you have the option also to click on ‘all post’ if you want to every single post that is inserted or posted in that group, you would select ‘all post’.
If you only want post that are your friends, then you would click on ‘friend’s post’.
Folks, I hope that was a helpful Facebook tip for you to make your notifications and your business more effective.
The idea here is to save you time from checking notifications that really are waste of time and a waste of space.
Especially the notifications from groups that are spamy and has no real value or content in them.
Also you’ll notice that with a long list of the groups you might have, they may be a little time consuming to go through each one and select off on each of them,
We realize that time cannot be replaced once spent, so Roger who is also a software developer has designed a simple, yet very effective software product called “EZ Facebook Groups – Turn Off Notifications Software” that automates this entire process for you.
